In 1/3 cup warm water dissolve the yeast and let stand for several minutes. Add about 2 cups of the flour, oil, 1 cup warm water, and the salt. Using the dough hook, knead until dough holds together and is smooth and elastic. More flour may be needed. Put in an oiled bowl to rise and cover with plastic wrap. When the dough is doubled, about 2 hours, punch down and divide into thirds. Let rest for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 450.While the dough is rising, cook ground chicken with desired seasonings.
