Brown chicken with 2 tbs margarine. remove and keep warm. In same pan, sasute rice (without seasoning packet_ in remaining margarine for 5 minutes. Add water an apple juice, apple, mushrooms, onions, and rice seasoning packet. Bring to boil, reduce hear, cover and simmer 15 t6o 20 minutes. Add chiken and Craisins.
