Cook Rice according to the package directions, set aside to cool, if its cold its better. Cut chicken, shrimp and bacon into bite size peices. Cook chicken and shrimp until done add bacon to heat through. Add mixed vegetables and onions until onions are done. Move contents to the side of pan cook egg, scrambling it .
