Here is how you make Nasi Goreng (Chicken):

Cook rice in boiling water (10-15min). When tender drain and rinse with boiling water, drain again. Set aside.Heat oil in wok, when hot add bacon and cook until browned. Reduce heat and add onion and garlic, cook until soft but not coloured. Add curry powder, cook for a minute stirring all the time. Add chicken and cook for 5 -6 minutes until beginning to brown. Add hhalf of rice and soy sauce, stir well. Add remaining rice and cook for a further 7-8 minutes until rice is cooked through.
