1-2T Flour
2 C Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 C Onions(Green Onions work well too)
1 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Sour Cream
2T Parsley

Put the Olive oil into a skillet and then coat the chicken breasts with the flour and sprinkle with pepper. Cook for 10 minutes or until it is well browned on both sides. Add the mushrooms and onions and cook till tenderStir in the broth and heat to a boil. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the chicken is done.
