8 skin-on wings (optional)
1 10oz mixed vegetables or can Veg-All
4 cups Kale
1 can or 10oz chicken broth
1 can or 10oz beef broth
6 oz pasta (your fave)


How Do I Make Mom's Chicken Soup?

Here is how you make Mom's Chicken Soup:

1. Cut chicken into desired pieces or leave whole2. Place chicken breasts in crock pot w/ broths. ( you can save time by par broiling chicken then placing in crock pot)3. Add wings or 4 thighs (skin-on)3. Rinse Kale (rinse at least twice)4. Add mixed vegetables 5. Cook pasta separately (add to soup once chicken is done, or serve soup over pasta) I use Crock Pot on high for 4-6 hours. Once chicken is done you can put on low, and add pasta. You could put on low instead, go to work and it's waiting for you when you get home. Use any veggies & pasta you like. Makes 6-8 servings.
