Here is how you make Spicy Chicken and Noodles:

Cook noodles according to package directions. Add vegetables about 3 minutes before noodles are finished. Drain reserving about 1 cup of the water.Heat the chicken and reserved water in the pan until heated through. Add noodles, vegetables, sour cream and cayenne and remove from the heat.
