cook chicken as desired, then chop into small pieces. Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly. In medium bowl, mix together chicken, spinach, chiles, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese. Place 1/2 cup mixture on each tortilla and roll up. Pour 1/3 can enchilada sauce in botton of 13"x9" casserole dish and place enchiladas seam side down in dish.
