Here is how you make Chicken in Tomatoes:

Brown chicken in a skillet (I didn't use oil) & season with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Chicken does not have to be fully cooked as the rest of the process will finish cooking it. When browned, add tomatoes, chicken broth, veggies & basil. Let simmer for about 45mins. If you want a thicker sauce add the cornstarch mixture - it is included in the nutritional info.I prefer a covered skillet for preparing this recipe, but the oven would be sufficient.
