Here is how you make One pot teriyaki chicken and vegetables:

Heat oil in large pot on medium heat, then add chicken and season with salt and pepper saute for 8 minutes. Add garlic and ginger saute for 2 minutes until fragrant, then add 4cups water and rice and stir. Cover the pot and bring to a full boil. Uncover stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and sriracha. Stir to combine. Combine remaining 1/2 cup water with cornstarch to create a cornstarch slurry. Add the slurry to the pot and stir, cooking until the sauce thickens about 3 to 4 minutes.
