Here is how you make Chicken Breast and Veggie toss:

Cut potatos and squash into bit size chunks.  Add 1 tsp minced garlic in oil.   Steam till slightly tender.  Add frozen mixed Veggie and cook til desired texture.  Meanwhile cut chicken breast into bit size chunk.
