Bake the chicken tenders in the oven according to package direction. (usually 350*F for about 20 minutes). In the meantime, shred the lettuce and prepare the tortilla.Place 1 flour tortilla on a plate. Spread 1 Tbsp. fat free ranch dressing on the tortilla. Sprinkle the lettuce on the tortilla.
