Here is how you make Greek Yogurt, Lentils, and Chicken FOR TWO:

Cook lentils and 1 cup water water over medium heat until lentils are soft (about 20 mins).Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized chunks. In a large skillet, cook up the chicken breast in chicken broth until mostly done (about 15 mins) over medium-high heat. Add curry powder to cooking chicken.Slice up the bell bepper into long thin slices. Place into skillet with spinach and let cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup yogurt to the skillet and stir in. Take cooked lentils and stir in. Add the lemon juice and stir in. Let cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
