Cook beef in large skillet, drain all juices, set aside (drain on paper towel while aside). Chop all veggies. Press garlic into skillet and saut? with onion until cooked. Add tomatoes, beans and spices, and heat until bubbling. Transfer to medium crock pot, add meat and all veggies except green peppers.
