Heat non stick skillet and spray with non stick spray. Brown onions and garlic - add to crock pot. Next brown meat and put in crock pot. Deglaze pan with 6oz. beer and pour into crock pot. Pour enchilada sauce, green chilis, cumin, salt & pepper into crock pot. Give it a good stir. Cook on high for 1 hour and low for 7 hours.
