* 1/2 pint boiled water
* 1 Beef Stock Cube
* 2 Beef OXOs

Here is how you make Home Made Chilli Con Carnie:

Prep:1. Boil water and measure out 1/2 pint. Crumble stock cude and OXO into water and stir until disolved.2. Peel and dice onions and mushrooms into cubes dependent size desired. (Tip: If you don't like onions grate then so you still get the goodness but not the taste of texture!)3. Peel and press the garlic.Cooking:1. Warm pan dry and add mince. Cook the mince until brown then remove from heat and drain off fat in a colender. Leave mince to stand.2. Use the fat left in the pan from the mince to fry onions and garlic until golden brown then add mushrooms.3. Add kidney beans and re-add mince to pan and stir well.4. Add tomato puree, chilli powder and stock to the pan and stir in very well, making sure there are no lumps of tomato puree.5.
