Here is how you make Broiled Citrus Cod:

In a small bowl, mix the finely sliced onion and garlic, butter, lime juice, orange juice, and zests. Place Cod on a broiler pan. Spoon mix onto fish (about one heaping tbsp per fish, spread out). Reserve extras. Broil (or bake) for 4 minutes. Remove from oven. Flip fish. Spoon mix onto fish (same as above).
