In a pressure cooker , Add chana dal, moong dal and masoor dal in equal quantities. ( 0.5 cup here) and add diced tomato.2. Add 3 times water and close the lid to whistle 2 times.3. Alternatively, Soak the dal mixture for 1-2 hours and boil untill soft enough to mash with figertips.4. In a pan, add 1.5 tbs of olive oil and let it heat.5. Add, cumin seeds , chopped garlic, and chopped chilli and let cumin seeds pop. 6. Add this mixture in the boiled dal mixture along with salt.7.
