Take a piece of fish out of the package. Season the fish on both sides with garlic powder, black pepper, Spike, sage, Italian seasoning. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees according to the package. Chop both onions and the scallions( also known as green onions) Set the scallion on the sided. While the oil is heating at a medium to low heat , mix the onions, and all of the seasoning except the Italian seasoning in a bowl in the shredded potaotes.
