Here is how you make Homemade Hamburger Helper Base Mix:

Mix all ingredients together in a large jar. Store in cool, dry place.Basic hamburger helper mix recipe: 1 lb. ground meat, 1/2 c. mix, 2 c. water, 1-1/2 c. pasta of choice. Brown meat, add ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Because base of mix is milk, stir often to avoid scalding. Add more water, a small amount at a time, if needed, if sauce gets too thick.
