What Are The Ingredients For Hart's Meatloaf Recipe?

The ingredients for Hart's Meatloaf are:

*Ground beef about a pound as lean as you would like
*Oatmeal is uncooked and you use this in place of bread crumbs. I sometimes use more
*Any onion will do but i like vidalia the best, chopped
*1 large fresh egg
*1/4 cup of milk i use 1%
*Ketchup about 4 teap but you can add more
Salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Hart's Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Hart's Meatloaf:

Chop onion and mix into the ground meat. Add the oatmeal and add salt and pepper. Put in the ketchup. I squirt it in and guesstimate. Mix well ( I do this with my hands) Add the egg and milk and mix well. It should be moist. If not add milk, if too wet add oatmeal. This is best cooked in a bread pan but i have cooked it in a brownie pan as well. Cook for about an hour at 350 degrees.
