You could also just chop veggies real fine to add in if you do not have juicer/leftover pulp. Tomato juice or tomato sauce (or you could use 1/2 c. catsup if you prefer thicker) 3/4 c. Oats, uncooked 3/4 c. Onion, finely chopped 1 Egg, lightly beaten 1 tbsp. Worchestershire OR soy sauce 2 Garlic cloves, minced 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Black pepper 1/2 c. vegetable pulp (leftover from juicing veggies) - mine contained 1green bell pepper, 2carrot, 1/2c parsley, 2celery stalks (experiment!) How Do I Make Meatloaf Plus (veggies)?Here is how you make Meatloaf Plus (veggies): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape meatloaf mixture into 9"x5" loaf pan. You may want to set loaf pan on foil-covered cookie sheet to catch overflow juice. Bake 50-55 minutes until medium done (or 160 degrees F) at center of loaf.
