In a separate bowl, mix warm water with the yeast and stir until dissolved. Let the yeast water sit for 5 minutes to activate. Afterwards, mix into the oat mixture and add 2 cups of the flour. Knead until mixed through. Keep adding and kneading 2 cups of flour at a time until all 6 cups have been added. You may need to remove from bowl onto a smooth surface to really get into it :)After the dough is formed, lightly butter/grease it (to prevent from cracking/drying) and place in large bowl to let rise (approximate 30 minutes. After the dough has had time to rise and double size, punch the dough down and knead again on a flat surface. Separate the dough into 24 balls.
