Lightly saut? vegetables, preferably in a cast iron skillet until they have a nice color and some blackening on the peppers. Set aside. Cook thawed meatballs in cast iron, cooking until you achieve a nice browning.In a sauce pan, add seasoning and crushed tomatoes.
