8 oz Artichoke hearts
1 1/2 c Chicken Broth
1/2 c Sake
3 cloves Garlic
14 oz Canned Peas
1 1/2 c raw Whole wheat Pasta
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Here is how you make Pasta with Sausage, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes:

1.Cook pasta about 1 minutes less than directions and drain. set aside2. Cut sausage into bite sized pieces (about 6 to 8 per sausage)3. Slice tomatoes (save 2 T of oil) 4. slice or grate garlic cloves5. Put 2 T of oil from drained tomatoes into a skillet and very lightly saut? sausage and add garlic. Do not let garlic get brown.6.
