Here is how you make Shepard's Pie Lightened Up:

Cut, Peel and Boil Potatos, Mash them using fat free broth and sour cream. In a pot saute minced onions and celery, add ground beef and frozen vegetables, last add seasoning mix and some water. once beef mixture is fully cooked layer in a casserole dish and top wih mashed potatos. Sprinkle some paprika on top and bake on 350 for 1/2 hr or until potatos slightly brown and sides are bubbling.
