1 green pepper
2-3 garlic cloves
1 package Perdue ground turkey breast (or brand you prefer)
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chili powder
1 can fat free refried beans
4 Whole Wheat pita
2 cups Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar
Reduce fat sour cream
Salsa

Here is how you make Fabulous, Healthy Mexican Pizza:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop onions, garlilc, green peppers and jalapenos. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and jalapenos, season with salt and pepper and sautee until soft, about 5 minutes. Add package of ground turkey breast to veggies. Season with cumin, oregano and chili powder and little bit of salt and pepper. Brown turkey and cook until no longer pink. Heat up can of refried beans on stove or in microwave just enough so they can be easily spread. Please pita bread on a cookie sheet and spread 1/4 can of refried beans one side of pita bread. Top beans with 1/4 of the turkey and veggie combo then top with 1/4 of cheese. Cook in oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pita bread is a crisp.
