Makes 5 servings.Mix 2 Tbsp soy sauce, garlic & ginger and pork - let marinate for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti and add carrots at 5 minutes before done cooking. Cook pork and mushrooms in large skillet until mushrooms release their juices and pork is cooked through. Add spaghetti, carrots, broth, remaining Tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil to skillet and toss until combined.
