1) In a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat. Salt and pepper the pork and lay in hot oil. Let the pork sear until the outside edges start to blacken. Place the pork in the bottom of the slow cooker.2) In a small bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger. Pour over pork.
