1 1/4 c Crisp Rice Cereal

How Do I Make Gracilu's Pork Tenderloin?

Here is how you make Gracilu's Pork Tenderloin:

1) Spray baking dish (size of your choice to fit portion to be cooked)2) In a separate dish, scramble the egg substitute for dipping in cutlets3) In Ziploc bag, add crisp rice cereal, oregano (or seasoning of your choice), tenderizer, salt & pepper.4) Seal bag and crush crisp rice cereal, etc. until fine crumbs.5) Dip cutlet into egg mixture then into Ziploc bag,6) Once in Ziploc bag, seal it and shake to cutlet until completely covered in crisp rice mix.7) Remove cutlet and place into the baking dish of choice.8) Cover dish with aluminum foil and cook on 375 for 35 minutes9) After 35 minutes, remove foil and broil each side of cutlet for 5 minutes each or until desired crispness.10) Let set for 5 minutes before serving to seal in juices.
