Here is how you make Mojo Pork Tenderloin:

Trim fat from meat and place in a plastic bag. For marinade - in food processor or blender combine: chipotles and sauce, orange juice, onion, oregano, lime juice, honey, oil, salt, and garlic. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Pour over meat, seal bag, and refrigerate for 2 hours. DO NOT MARINATE LONGER OR CITRUS WILL MAKE MEAT MUSHY, Drain meat and discard marinade.Cover and grill over medium heat 40-50 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
