How Do I Make Tropical Pork?

Here is how you make Tropical Pork:

Prepare brown rice as you normally would.Mix remaining ingredients except coconut oil and corn starch in zip seal bag. Shake or massage to thoroughly mix ingredients. Allow to rest for 30minutes on counter or up to 12 hours in refrigerator. Add coconut oil to warm pan and allow to heat to medium temperature. Carefully pour contents of zip seal bag into pan with oil. Bring to low boil then reduce to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. While this is cooking make a slurry with the cornstarch and cold water.Remove from pan straining out and reserving liquid. Add liquid back to hot pan and stir in corn starch slurry. Stir briskly to prevent lumping. Bring to low boil for 2 minutes to completely cook corn starch. Add pork and fruit mixture back to pan and stir together with sauce.
