Serves 2-4 people (depending on portion size)Slice potatoes to 1/4 in. thickness.Melt butter/margarine in microwave and add in paprika, garlic salt, and pepper to taste (I didn't measure these, just eyeballed.)Brush potatoes with butter mixture.Broil for 8-9 minutes and then flip.Sprinkle parmesan cheese on after flipping.Broil for another 4-6 minutes. *Note: We don't have a broil pan so I baked them and they were good but a little dry.
