In a large skillet place ground beef and 1 cup water cook on high until no longer red. Drain. Rinse pan and dry excess water.In same skillet place oil, rice, and spaghetti until lightly browned. Stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes, 2 1/2 cups water, and taco seasoning. Cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
