slice all veggies.dice garlic cloves. I sliced zucchini into 1/8" rounds then cut in half. Put all veggies and garlic into fry pan on med-high heat. Add seaseme oil, and fry to desired firmness. Add cooked rice. Mix together, add kale/spinach blend, mix and cook til wilted, then add the chili sauce and seaseme ginger sauce, mix well and cook to desired consistency.
