How Long Does Greg's Greek Salad Recipe Take To Cook?Greg's Greek Salad takes 20 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does Greg's Greek Salad Recipe Make?Greg's Greek Salad makes 2 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Greg's Greek Salad Recipe? The ingredients for Greg's Greek Salad are: walnuts, glazed by Diamond 1/4 cup/28 grams, 0.25 cupAthenos Crumbled Feta, 0.25 cup Spinach, fresh, 6 cup Craisins - Ocean Spray, 0.33 cup Ken's Lite Accents Salad Dressing, Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette, 20 sprays Tyson Fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast, 8 oz How Do I Make Greg's Greek Salad? Here is how you make Greg's Greek Salad: Grill chicken breasts and slice up into long bite size pieces to your liking. I suggest crushing up the walnuts in a food processor or something so you can get them evenly distributed thoughout the salad. Also really crumble up the feta cheese as well for the same results. (if you like this you may want to prep the walnuts and feta all at once and then store back away so next time you will have them already ready) Finely chop up the spinach, (kind of shredded like salad you put on tacos) and place in a large bowl. Add craisin, feta and walnuts and mix until evenly distributed. While mixing spray ten times with Ken's dressing. Then add chicken and spray ten more times. I like the chicken warm to hot but you can have it cold if that is what you like. All of this can be premade and put away for an easy meal that just needs to be thrown together and mixed. You can also add fruits like apples thinly sliced or strawberries even, depends on what you like and what is in season. This salad is nothing special just something I love to make. I also pair it with a wheat-spinach-feta bread I buy at my local farmer's market, I toast it and eat it with the salad, or you could cut it up after toasting and use it like croutons.Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KSIGMA1222.What's The Nutritional Info For Greg's Greek Salad? The nutritional information for Greg's Greek Salad is:
