In a saute pan, saute onions and garlic in margarine until soft. Add red cooking wine. Saute about a minute. Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink. Add sour cream, cream cheese and chives. Cook until cheese is melted. Add cooked & drained spaghetti and chives, toss until all ingredients are coated.
