1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Here is how you make Pork Loin Chops in Mustard Cream Sauce:

In a skillet add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Heat pan slightly and add 4 boneless pork loin chops. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and fresh ground black pepper. Cook till brown on one side then flip over and brown the other side. Remove from pan to serving dish. In the skillet use the pan drippings to make your sauce. Add 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard and 3 oz of half and half (or use heavy cream).Heat slightly stirring bottom of pan to incorporate the brown drippings into the cream. Let bubble slightly then pour over the pork chops.Serve with noodles or rice as a base for the chop then spoon on a bit of the sauce. Serving Size:?1 Chop - serves 4
