How Do I Make Smoked Sausage Hobo Dinner?

Here is how you make Smoked Sausage Hobo Dinner:

Preheat oven to 375. Wash and chop potatos in quarters (or smaller if you want them bite sized) and fill the bottom of a large casserole dish. Cut onion and green peppers into wide slices and spread over potatos. Cut smoked sausages into bite size pieces and spread over vegetables. Cover with 1/2 the slices of cheese. Cover with Aluminum foil making sure the foil doesn't touch the cheese. Cook in oven for aprox 1 hour or until potatos are soft. Cover with rest of cheese and recover with aluminum foil until cheese melts. Makes 8 large (2 cups?) servings.
