3 tsp peanut or canola oil divided
1 tsp sesame oil
1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-3 inch lengths
1 Tbsp minced freshed ginger root
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Cook Pasta according to instructions. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch, water, soy sauce and honey until smooth: set aside. In a large skillet or wok, stri-fry shrimp in one tsp peanut oil and the sesame oil until shrimp turns pink. Remove and keep warm. Stir-fry asparagus in remaining peanut oil for 2 min. Add ginger, garlic, pepper flakes and sesame seeds: stir-fry for 2 min longer or till asparagus is crisp-tender. Stir cornstarch mixture and add to pan.Bring to a boil: cook and stir for 2 min or till thickened.Add shrimp: heat through.
