Here is how you make Quick Shrimp Stir Fry:

To make the sauce, in a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth with the cornstarch. Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and wine. Whisk and set aside.Boil 1/4 cup of water and add veggies. Bring back to boil and turn off and cover. Set aside.Boil 1/2 cup of water with cajun seasoning. Bring to boil. Place shrimp in the water and bring to a boil. turn fire off and place a lid on the pot.Drain the veggies. Drain the shrimp.Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the oil and when hot add veggies. Let cook for 15-20 seconds. Add the shrimp.
