Here is how you make Eva's Spicy Sloppy Joe's:

In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey, ground beef, onion, garlic & peppers until no more pink shows in the meat. Add the tomato paste and incorporate well into the ground meat mixture. Then add the yellow mustard, cider vinegar, catsup, sugar and tap water. Heat throughly and let simmer about 10 minutes for all ingredients to marry. Serve over whole wheat buns, toast, or english muffins (bread is not included in recipe nutritional calculations).
