Here is how you make Spaghetti Squash Primavera:

Preheat oven 375, poke whole spaghetti squash on all sides. Place on parchment paper covered pan and bake for 60-80 minutes. Until knife easily cuts in to skin. Let cool about 20 minutes. Cut in half, scoop out seeds and discard. Scoop out squash.Cut zucchini, squash, peppers into thin 2 inch strips. Coat with 2 tblsp olive oil, 1 tblsp italian herb seasoning, 1 tsp sal, 1 tsp black pepper. Place on cookie sheet. When you take squash out, bake vegetables at 450? for 20 minutes stirring every ten minutes.In skillet, saut? diced onion in 1 tblsp olive oil and ? tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Add diced tomatoes with juices, 1 cup white wine, garlic, simmer until sauce thickens.Mix baked vegetables with sauce. Serve over spaghetti squash or pasta.
