Here is how you make Bert's Spanish Steak:

Approximately 1 1/2 pound of Choice Round Steak, tenderize if you like, spray Pam in frying pan, cut into serving sizes, brown in frying pan in it's own juices, add stewed tomatoes, 1 cup/can water, Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 1 to 2 hours. Make a paste with 1/2 cup water and 2 tbsp. corn starch and add the last 10 minutes of cooking time to make an excellent almost calorie free gravey.
