This is my version of my favorite stirfry restaurant. It is very healthy and is wonderful served with a tortilla or brown rice. It has a wonderully sweet taste and is surprisingly healthy and filling.

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed

Here is how you make Mongolian Stirfry:

Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and begin to heat skillet. Slice chicken breast into narrow strips and add to heated skillet. Cook chicken until juices run clear and chicken is white and no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and saute' over medium heat until hot and vegetables are crisp tender.
