Here is how you make Turkey Pepper Casserole:

Cook rice per instructions on bag. Chop peppers, broccoli, and mince garlic. Brown Turkey in pan, drain juices, remove turkey to cassarole dish. Add olive oil, garlic, and peppers to pan, cook until tender. Combine rice, turkey, peppers, broccoli and cheese into cassarole dish. Season with Salt & Pepper and Basil and Parsley if desired.
