13 oz cooked turkey ( I used canned from Grabill Country Meats)
4 cups chicken broth

1. Mix all ingredients for noodles together in large bowl2. Turn dough onto lightly flowered surface and work in enough flour so it is no longer sticky and can be rolled.3. Roll out dough in to large thin sheet (this depends on how you like your noodles if you like them thicker make them thicker if not make them thin.)4. Cut dough into thin long strips (.25 - .5 inch thick) 5. Cut dough strips into pieces about 1 inch long6. Put the broth and turkey into large pot and bring to a boil7.
