2.5 cups mushrooms (1 container)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1.25 lb Jennie O lean ground turkey (93/7)
4 tbsp marsala cooking wine
1/2 cup low sodium mozz cheese

Here is how you make Pasta with turkey and mushrooms (one pot!):

Put the water on for the pasta. In a blender, add the two cans of diced tomatoes, black pepper, garlic, cayenne (optional), and wine and pureed until incorporated. Drain the pasta and set aside. In the same pot, brown the turkey until no longer pink, drain, rinse and set aside. In the same pot, spray a little cooking spray and start to sautee the onion, two to three minutes and then add the sauce, mushrooms and turkey. Let this simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and then add the cooked pasta. Stir well and then add the mozz cheese and sliced fresh basil. Stir well again and serve.
