1/4 cup red wine

Here is how you make Turkey and Vegetable Pasta Sauce:

Pour olive oil in skillet with cover. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are clear. Add mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook until the turkey is no longer pink. Add diced tomatoes, marinara sauce and artichokes. Mix together. Bring to boiling.
