Here is how you make Kickin? Cajun Alfredo Vegetarian GF:

1. In a large frying pan over medium heat add butter, garlic, and red pepper. Continue frying, stirring occasionally, for approximately 4-5 minutes.2. Add the softened cream cheese, and stir until it has melted. Add the evaporated milk, milk, and pepper. Continue stirring and cooking until the sauce becomes smooth.3. Add the Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Stir until cheese has melted. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until the pasta is ready.4. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain 5. Return pasta to the pot it was cooked in, and pour the Cajun Alfredo sauce over it. Toss to evenly coat the pasta, and to evenly distribute the chicken and red pepper. (I used the same pot as my sauce)6.
